FEMINISM

A woman is the one who plays the role of a wife, a

mother, primary caretaker of children and elders in each and every family. The women are

the ones who intake the challenges which arise in a family. In nutshell we can say that

women are the pillars of the house, key stone of arch, fire upon hearth, light of the sun,

warming heat, holding twist, knot of love, protecting wall, covering door. Even though

women are playing an innumerable roles they are not yet considered as equals to the men

in the society.

By this, a new word came into existence in a place

called France in 1837, which is known to be as feminism. What is feminism? –The belief

that women should have the same rights and opportunities as men. By the time of 1910

the spirit of feminism spread over all the countries of the world which ultimately lead to

the feminist movements and of course which led to a certain amount of justice being

served to women in the society in terms of rights and opportunities.

The impact created by the feminist movements lead to a

new word called democracy in existence. Democracy without feminism would be slavery

in the form of saying “ Behind every great man, there is a great women ” Women are

indispensable they are the ones who are blessed by god to train, teach and guide

everyone.

It’s not a matter of thinking whether feminism created

good or bad impact on the society. It is just a question of rising for freedom.

Therefore, Let’s take an active part in not judging women

and raise our voice for those women who are still in some parts of the world fighting for

their rights. This is just an idea which will incorporate into a habit and this universal idea is

going to be a milestone for generations to come.
